Is anybody else having a problem logging into serve zip or is it just me. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling that use to work but not anymore. Keep getting server unavailable at this time pop up for the last 2 weeks. sent them a bug report but we know how long it takes for them to answer. I've been waiting for a week and a half for a reply.

I'm getting the same problem, I diddn't notice before now because I havn't wanted to upload anything in the past few weeks.

I also sent a bug report, hopefully the more people that send them the sooner they will sort it out

Thanks for writing in the error to us. Most likely someone is trying to access your account and the new security system has detected it. For verification purpose you have to log out (if you are currently logged in), clear your cache, restart browser then login before trying to download again.
Same thing applies if you are using a proxy server.

If you are still encountering the same problem, don***8217;t worry your account details and the error you have encountered will be forwarded to our Techs for manual checking. The problem should be fixed within 24 hours and provided you have changed your password already.
