fileserve no longer paying out for free users?

I just noticed earnings and statistics are no longer available on my free account. Has fileserve decided to stop paying out for free users? Maybe fileserve is attempting to protect themselves from legal action in the wake of Megaupload shutdown and arrests? I don't have a premium account with fileserve, but I wonder if earnings are available on those accounts?

It's not about the payments, I just lost 27k files and most of them were rare stuff. And it was a two-years premium account.
